What substrates can I fix into?
Rails can be mounted to brick, block, concrete, timber studs or reinforced plasterboard using the fixings supplied in each kit; hollow-wall toggles and chemical anchors are optional for atypical substrates and are detailed in the install manual.
Is ongoing servicing required?
Only an annual visual inspection – check brake-pad wear and confirm fixings remain tight. Pads are rated for 25,000 lock cycles and clip-in replacements are available if ever needed.
Do you provide leads?
Yes. Home-owner and health-professional enquiries in your region are directed to accredited installers via our CRM, typically 5–10 qualified leads per month.
How long is the warranty?
Rails and handles carry a five-year manufacturer’s warranty; installers add a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
